INNISBROOK GIFT WRAP FUNDRAISER STARTS TODAY!!!
HI PARENTS!
The Innisbrook
fundraiser packets came home today! This will be fun and exciting for the kids.
Just to clarify a point or two. Although online orders are preferred, you may
still use the paper order form and turn it in with a check. We will enter it
into the computer for you and once we have entered your order, we will return
the order form/worksheet to you, so you know who ordered what.
Even if you decide
not to buy, please do not throw away the packets. They still need to be
returned to school. Innisbrook is giving
our kids a popcorn party and a gift certificate to the teachers for every class
that gets 100% of their packets returned. For straight donations, just return
your packet with the check and write “donation” on the order form.
Please call me if you
have any questions @ 314-223-7447.
Thanks for your
support!!

SEVENTH & EIGHTH GRADE STUDENTS AND PARENTS
Now is a good time to begin familiarizing yourselves
with some of the activities and programs that the area high schools offer. Many
of the schools have recitals, sporting events and fall festivals. These events provide parents and students
with opportunities to learn about the high schools. Of course, since these events are geared for
high school age students, parent supervision is important. There are many wonderful choices. You can seek out further information on the
individual schools’ websites.
SOCCER CHALLENGE
The Knights of
(soccer goal next to tennis
courts) on MON Sept 13 at 7pm. All boys and girls from the ages 10-14
are invited. No cost. Each athlete will
take a certain number of penalty shots and the athlete with
the most points (age division) will advance
to the district championship and receive an award. Please bring proof of age (e.g.
CYC card). Contact Bill Meirink for
further questions.
Members of the seventh grade class have met the

PLEASE WRITE A NOTE IF YOU HAVE A CHILD
LEAVING SCHOOL BEFORE DISMISSAL TIME
If you have a child who needs to leave
for an appointment during the school day or who is leaving early and not
returning, it is required for you to write a note to their teacher. The student should give the note to the
teacher when they arrive at school, the teacher will read it and then send it
to the office. Thanks so much for
following this procedure.
SCHOOL ATTENDANCE
HOTLINE
If your child is sick
or will be late to school, please call St. Clement @ 314-822-1903 and press #4
for the attendance hotline. If you have not
called by 9 A.M., our school nurse will call your home to verify that your
child will be absent. We would like to
make as few calls as possible as we begin our busy day. Thanks for your cooperation in this matter.
EARLY DISMISSAL (Doctor Appointments, etc.)
On those few occasions that you need early dismissal
between 2:30 P.M. & 3 P.M., please park on the Adoration Chapel Parking Lot

VERY IMPORTANT –
PLEASE VERIFY FAST
DIRECT INFORMATION BY FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 10th
ALL FAMILIES must update their information on our school’s Fast
Direct program. This information is
necessary for our school telephone broadcast system. The broadcast system enables school to notify
all households and parents by phone within minutes of any emergency or
unplanned event that causes early dismissal, school cancellation or late start.
Once you log on the
Fast Direct program, click on “Display Parent Data” and make sure that your
parent information is correct (correct address and phone information). After making any changes needed, click on
“Change Data As Shown Above.”
It is your
responsibility to keep this information current so that we are able to reach
all of our school families through our broadcast system when necessary.
